Its hooters so you know the drill. The wait was a little long but that is to be expected on the boardwalk. The only reason I am not giving it more stars is because the condensation was so bad coming off of the duct work in the ceiling that it was constantly dripping on 3 of the 6 people sitting at the table. We got as close to each other as we could so those 3 were not left in the dripping zone but still didnt work well. Service was good and food as same ole same ole .

My friends and I came here on 8/21. We were a group of 6 adults. We were seated promptly on a table outside which was perfect because it was a beautiful night out. Our server Lauren was super friendly and the food was good. Definitely no complaints and I am sure when we go back next year we will stop by.

Great hooters wings there really isn't much more to say. Staff was nice and attentive. Would go back again.

I am giving Hooters on the boardwalk a bad score because- on May 24th my family and I went for dinner and there was no line we put our name on the list to wait for an outside table. As we wait for 10 minutes 3 bench tables and one square table leave, the waitress seats all 3 benches. I go back to the hostess and she re-welcomes me to Hooters I tell her our name was on the list and she has sat all new patrons, the waitress then tries to put 5 people at a small square table and says she forgot all about us and says it will be another 15 minutes. After waiting over 30 minutes the hostess continues to seat new patroness and does not even acknowledge us. Ended up leaving and going to Hooters on Coastal and it was the BEST decision ever!! Staff was great, food was hot and quick.

2.5 stars Myself and the boys were hungry and I wanted a burger with a view. On the boardwalk between 5th and 6th street rests a new Hooters restaurant. I didn't have any complaints from my 18 year old son nor my 16 year old nephew. We were seated inside and in no time our perky server Rachel was right on our every need. I started with a shrimp quesadilla . It was OK, plenty of small whole shrimp with ample amounts of warm cheese, could use some more flavor though. The Mushroom Swiss Burger I had was cooked medium rare as I requested yet was way too greasy, again lacked much flavor. The fries are good, cut from whole potatoes with skin on, not bad. The kids had boneless wings and chicken strips. No complaints from them. They had cans of Heineken which was a plus. The check came to 55 bucks without tip. Would do it again if convenient.

We just wanted a low-key dinner so we tried Hooters on the Boardwalk. Service was oaky, food made me nauseous shortly after leaving. Wings weren't impressive. Meh.

Hooters food to me is always above average and this location didn't disappoint. As for Hooters as a corporation, I'd almost rather them wear more clothes if the trade off was less pedophiles in training... But the playlist at this location alone bumps it another star.

My friend and I went here just the other day. We each got a Natty Boh for $2 each and shared an order of buffalo shrimp and the loaded tater tots. It was about an hour before close so it wasn't busy and we got seated right away. Our waitress was helpful and friendly and the food and drinks came fast. The food was bar food, so it wasn't spectacular, but it did the job. Why the 1 star? Food poisoning. Enough said. (Not true, see update below) Do not go to this Hooters on the boardwalk. If you must surf out a Hooters, maybe try the one about 10 mins down Coastal Hwy. ________________________________________________________ UPDATE Okay, so it turns out I had the flu, not food poisoning. When my friend and I were both sick, we figured that's what was going on. Every time I thought about that fried shrimp that looked like it had been sitting under a heat lamp all day I got queasy. However, when I got back home from vacation, everyone around me started to get sick. So, I apologize...this place does not give you food poisoning. I still wasn't super happy with everything, beer was kinda warm and served in a flimsy plastic cup. Food was dry and bland. Service was nice--she was chatty and pleasant. So I've upgraded to 2 stars.

My babe and I love to find a Hooter's restaurant when we travel and we found this one on the boardwalk so we decided to check it out. We got fried pickles, 10 Chesapeake breaded wings (basically Old Bay wings) and 10 chipotle honey breaded wings. The wings were not as crispy as we would like, it was a little too greasy (yeah I know it's deep fried wings but when the grease is pooling on the plate.....) Our server was polite and prompt...we paid extra for celery and bleu cheese dressing. Not the best Hooter's we have been to but it's ok I suppose...

I will fully admit that my first mistake was not ordering wings. That being said, I wasn't expecting much. Went with a party of three over Memorial Day weekend. There were no more outside tables available so we sat inside in direct view of the kitchen. The kitchen staff was SUPER busy but they managed to get all of the meals out quickly and I didn't see anything that would discourage me from eating there again. Food was definitely hit or miss. Loaded tater tots were tasty. Curly fries were ok. Western burger good, buffalo shrimp was GREAT. The baja burger on the other hand.....very disappointing. The "guacamole" had no flavor at all, it tasted like avocado mush with some tomatoes in it. The Greene Turtle makes a similar burger that's much much better. Prices were typical OC boardwalk, maybe a bit better considering it's a sit down place. Overall I'd come back but I'd stick to the wings or the buffalo shrimp.

On the boardwalk, best of the worst, only for quenching thirst! Right off the bat... Thumbs down! We stopped in one late night only because it was the only joint on the boardwalk that had any available seating with no waiting... we realized why! We somewhat enjoyed some Chicken Wings in Spicy Garlic Sauce, Celery & Ranch Dip, Peanut Butter Pie, Fudge Cheesecake, Blue Moon Draft... you can't screw that up! Service was atrocious, tables and chairs dirty and the icing on the cake... they actually charged us extra for the wing dip! Come-on! They know 9 out of 10 folks never come back, and they play it to the hilt. Visit at your own risk or if already drunk!

I stepped into this place when I didn't want to walk too far away from the hotel I was staying at and I will say that I was really impressed by the food and service. The food here is like every other Hooters, which is always great! As I write this, I must admit that I do so subjectively as I am partial to wings. I am a wing connoisseur, per say and this place never lets me down. I had twenty traditional breaded wings, ten of which were spicy and the other was BBQ. My wife had both beef and buffalo chicken sliders which was awesome. As for the service... I walked into this place a little apprehensive because it was the first time I had done so without being inebriated and not only in the company of my wife, but of my three children as well, ages 11, 5 and 3. It was around 2pm when we were greeted by a woman named ALANA who was friendly and accommodating, setting us up for inside dining (because it was hot this day, and she did it pretty quickly during a busy time). Once we sat down, we were served by a woman named, ALEXA who was awesome! She was very nice to my wife and I and was sweet to my children. She suggested menu items for us and was able to pretty accurately answer all questions we had for her; whether it was about serving size or the spiciness of a particular meal or sauce, she was on the money. I know you're probably thinking while reading this, that I was swayed by her smiles or felt compelled to write a good review because I felt I had a pathetic connection with this woman, but I can honestly say that she was sincerely nice and pleasant and my wife agreed too! I would also like to mention that be prepared to experience the shouting of the cook, who looked like Thor's little brother. Lol. He yelled out the different servers' names aloud whenever their food was ready--and the dude.was.loud. Come here to dine on good food and experience fast, friendly service.

We arrived around noon on Sunday and there was plenty of seating. Rating is based on consideration that this is bar food and not fine dining. Service: 5 Staff was very friendly and fast. Service was excellent. I never thought of Hooters as a family restaurant but this place was very family friendly. They gave the baby a balloon with a nice little note on it and tied it to the stroller. Food: 4 We ordered quesadillas, wings, fries and the new shrimp and spinach salad. Everything was very good. Everything came out hot as it should. Shrimp salad was simple but delicious and glad to see they have something somewhat healthy on the menu. Other thing I would change is that dressings and dips were all from a package. Shouldn't a place like Hooters be able to make their own dressings and dips and not serve up packaged? Location/ Other: 4 Indoor and outdoor seating with A/C inside, unlike many places in OC MD that don't have A/C for the indoor seating. It is located in between 5th and 6th street so not a terrible walk from either end of the boardwalk.

This was my first experience at Hooters. My boyfriend had been to one in the past, so he knew what to expect. My first reaction wasn't even about their hooters. It was about those tight orange shorts! Literally everyone's butt was hanging out. The place should be called "Cheeks" or "Cooters" on account of the endless camel toes we saw. Be that as it may, I'm not going to complain about the eye candy in such an establishment. As luck would have it, our server's name was Candy. I thought she was super sweet and friendly. My boyfriend asked an obscure question about the oysters (what kind they were) and no one in the entire restaurant could answer it for him. They said that all of the food comes in unlabeled boxes. He was a little put off about that. I had the burger sliders and they were delish. Overall, I loved the place, but I have the palette of a five year old. My Michelin star boyfriend has more refined tastes so he's a bit harder to please.

Advertise their hours to be open until 10pm, but called at 8:47 to grab some wings to-go while on vacation & watch Monday Night Football and guy on phone says "We are past that, buddy". First off... I'm not your buddy... guy. Secondly, nothing else. That is all.

As far as Hooters franchises go, this is the best Hooters I've ever eaten at. The food is great and trust me I've had some bad wings from other Hooters, but this place is consistently great. The food is freshly made and you can definitely tell. The waitresses are friendly and upbeat. I had no idea that Hooters had a "Hands Off Approach," which basically means that you never pour your own beer and never open your own container so all you have to do is EAT! And this Hooters is definitely on top of that! Every time we would reach for our pitcher the waitress was always there to pour it for us. The staff is upbeat and friendly. Whenever I go back to Ocean City, I will be stopping by for some good food and drinks! :D

Tried to eat here July 5 at 10:30 after a long dive - they are posted open until 11:00 - don't believe the posted hours - they closed at 10:30 because of a busy week?? Really? I don't get to leave work when I am busy - in fact I have to stay later typically - i would like to rate the food but didn't get a chance to eat it - tomorrow is our last day here - perhaps they will be open

It's ok, no table needed, I'll head straight to the bar. Yeah sure go ahead! Walking inside** no bar in sight... Wheres the bar? There all tables in here!? Help, someone help!!! Ahh forget it, too much effort, I'll go next door to a more obvious bar, with no eye candy of course!

I wasn't really sure about going here at first, but man was I wrong! We got seated very quickly. Got waited on quickly, and the waitress was so nice. My boyfriend and I split the ten count wings. I can't remember what the flavor was, but it had old bay. That was just amazing! The food was delicious. Drinks were awesome too. I had a mudslide, and the only bad part was the price of the drink. Overall pretty good prices. Definitely will be coming back to this hooters!

It was Hooters. That being said, service was very good, food was very good as well, all of our orders were correct and hot. The waitress went out of her way to make it an enjoyable experience for the kids. The girls out front seemed to have no idea what they were doing when seating, which resulted in us standing outside for an extra 10 minutes in the sun before a table was ready. But overall, not bad.
